Coin Biscuits / Egg Drop Biscuits
  1. Whisk eggs & sugar

  2. Whisk together 2 eggs and ½ cup sugar until pale, fluffy and light.

  3. Add dry ingredients

  4. Sift in 1 cup all purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and Baking powder. Gently fold until it forms a smooth, thick batter.

  5. Pipe coins

  6. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe tiny coin sized circles onto a butter paper-lined tray.

  7. Bake

  8. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

  9. Cool & store

  10. Let cool completely & Store in an airtight container.
