Vanilla Whiteys
  1. Preheat oven to 165°C, bake

  2. Line 20 x 20cm tin with baking paper

  3. Melt butter on low heat in medium saucepan until no lumps, whisk in sugar, then remove from heat & add vanilla

  4. Cool slightly, then - one at a time - whisk in eggs until fully combined

  5. Sift in flour and salt, add chocolate & mix together, don't over mix

  6. Pour into tin and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

  7. Leave brownies to cool in tin for 30 minutes, then remove, slice, and enjoy!

  8. Layer up with chocolate brownies for a decedent dessert :)
