  1. Soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds in water and let it gel

  2. Add soaked chia water, ½ cucumber, 1 cup pineapple juice, juice of 1 lemon or lime, and 1 stalk celery to blender

  3. Blend for 1 minute

  4. Drink fresh on an empty stomach or in the morning
