Healthy Crispy Onion Ring Chips
  1. Spread the cheese out

  2. Layer the onion rings over the top

  3. Season generously with your favourite spices

  4. Spray with olive oil a couple of times

  5. Pop into the oven at 200°C and bake for around 25 minutes

  6. Lift them out of the container and let them cool

  7. Watch closely near the end for golden, crispy edges and avoid burning
