Mix dry herbs & spices together, preheat oven to 325°
Pat the tenderloins until dry, then apply olive oil
Sprinkle herbs on all sides
Heat olive oil on high in a cast iron skillet on the stove, place tenderloins when oil is shimmering, brown on both sides about a minute or two.
Place in oven about 15 minutes, remove at 155°, and cover with foil for 10-15 minutes
