Mexican bean soup
  1. Put 8 cups water in pressure cooker pot.

  2. Add 1 lb pinto beans.

  3. Add 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp vegetable oil.

  4. Close pressure cooker and cook on high for one hour.

  5. Add chicken boullion

  6. Serve

  7. Add cotija cheese, sour cream, and a few dabs of hot sauce according to taste
