Dragon Chicken Recipe
  1. Cut chicken into thin strip.

  2. Beat egg, pepper, parika/chilli powder, salt, corn flour and soy sauce in a bowl.

  3. Mix chicken into flour mix and allow to sit for a few minutes.

  4. Fry chicken in oil till golden brown and set aside.

  5. In the same oil, add the garlic and fry till fragrant. Add in the chilli flakes, chilli sauce and ketchup and cook till fragrant.

  6. Add capsicum and sliced onion and fry for a few minutes till crisp tender.

  7. Add chicken to sauce and mix till covered.

  8. serve sprinkled with sliced green onion
