  1. Combine coconut and condensed milk in a medium bowl until fully coated.

  2. Form into 12 small logs and place on a parchment-lined sheet.

  3. Chill for 20 minutes until firm.

  4. Microwave 10 oz of chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, then stir in remaining 5 oz.

  5. Coat each coconut log in melted chocolate using forks, letting excess drip off.

  6. Place dipped bars on parchment and chill until chocolate hardens.
