Heat the grill to medium.
Clean lobster claws and knuckles, remove head, and split the tails.
Coat the scallops in oil and salt and pepper.
Place on the grill and cook only to medium rare, 1–2 minute per side.
Oil and season the lobster and add that to the grill, cooking until just charred, 3–4 minutes.
Toss the shrimp with remaining oil and salt and pepper and grill for 2–3 minutes per side.
Remove the seafood from the grill and dice all of the lobster meat.
In a large bowl mix together the cucumber, red onion, avocado, cilantro, jalapeños with liquid, lime juice, tomato juice, hot sauce, worcestershire, olive oil, sugar, and salt.
Add the seafood and combine all together.
Garnish with more cilantro and lime wedges.
Serve with ritz crackers.
