Mix the almond flour, protein powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix everything together until it forms a dough.
Add the chocolate chips and mix to combine.
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and press the dough evenly into the pan.
Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to set.
Cut into bars and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
