  1. Fill a blender with the vanilla extract, frozen strawberries, Erythritol, coconut milk, lemon juice, & salt.

  2. Blend whip on full setting to make it creamy & smooth, scrap the sides if required.

  3. Add 1-2 teaspoons of water or additional coconut milk to achieve the required consistency, if the mixture is too thick.

  4. Serve immediately for soft texture & freeze for 1 hour for a firm consistency.

  5. Enjoy cold after scooping or piping into bowls.
