Preheat your air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 360 to 375 F. If using the oven, preheat to 425 F.
Cut up your broccoli florets into smaller pieces.
Place in a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and a little cumin powder. Toss to distribute and coat.
Throw the broccoli in the air fryer drawer and cook for 4 to 7 minutes, shaking halfway through. In the oven, this will take 10-20 minutes.
Keep a close eye on the broccoli after the 4-minute mark to avoid charring. Once it reaches your preferred softness and crispness, remove it into a bowl, sprinkle with a tiny bit more salt, and eat immediately.
