Grab & Go Spicy Shrimp Salad
  1. Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and shrimp in a bowl

  2. Add Thai basil and cilantro to the mixture

  3. Pour Blue Lulu lemongrass vinaigrette over the salad

  4. Sprinkle togarashi for spice

  5. Add a little bit of sesame oil

  6. Mix everything together well

  7. Transfer to Tupperware or deli cups

  8. Store in the fridge for a couple hours to let ingredients come together

  9. Serve as a grab and go meal

1 cup Honey

1 cup Rice Vinegar

2 tbsp Sesame Oil

1 tbsp Red Pepper Powder

½ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 tsp minced Thai Basil

1 tsp Garlic 1 tsp Lemongrass
