Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and shrimp in a bowl
Add Thai basil and cilantro to the mixture
Pour Blue Lulu lemongrass vinaigrette over the salad
Sprinkle togarashi for spice
Add a little bit of sesame oil
Mix everything together well
Transfer to Tupperware or deli cups
Store in the fridge for a couple hours to let ingredients come together
Serve as a grab and go meal
