Stir together flour and sugar.
Stir in cream soda until flour is completely mixed in and a soft dough forms.
Scrape half the dough into a greased 4 x 8-inch loaf pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of the Cinnamon Brown Sugar over the dough.
Spread the remaining dough on top.
Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top.
Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes.
Remove bread from the pan.
Whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
Pour over the warm bread.
Cool slightly before cutting.
Serve warm with or without butter in 1-inch slices for best results in cutting.
