Fritters Ingredients (Makes 16–20 fritters)

Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, combine ground meat, grated carrots, cilantro, green onions, jalapeño, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and spices. Mix well.
Form patties: Shape the mixture into small, flat fritters.
Cook: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook each fritter for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked inside.
Sauce: Mix the dipping sauce ingredients until smooth
