Slow Cooker Jalapeño Beef
  1. Place chuck roast into the bottom of a 5 to 7 quart slow cooker.

  2. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over roast. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Top roast with sliced onions, sliced jalapenos, and roasted red bell peppers.

  4. Cook on low for 8 hours, or 6 hours on high
