One Pan Chicken Platter & Pita
  1. LET CHICKEN MARINADE FOR ATLEAST 30 MIN

  2. BAKE AT 425 UNTIL 165 INTERNAL TEMP OR ABOVE (I do mine above for extra tenderness)

  3. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  4. Flour surface and kneed until smooth (add flour when necessary)

  5. Split into 4 equal balls and roll out dough

  6. Cook on medium heat until golden brown and flip when it starts to bubble (feel free to add parsley)
