Preheat oven to 400℉ or air fryer to 375℉.
Rinse and pat dry chicken, then place in a ziploc bag.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, spices, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
Pour ¾ of the marinade into the bag with the chicken, seal, and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Save the remaining ¼ of the marinade in the fridge for serving.
Bake chicken for 17-20 minutes or air fry for 12 minutes.
Top with reserved marinade before serving.
