Easy, 2 Ingredient, High-protein Bagels (gf + Can Be Made Df)
  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix together all ingredients. Dough will be slightly "crumbly"— you can lightly wet fingers with water (to prevent sticking) and mix with hands until fully incorporated. Roll dough into a ball

  3. Slice dough into 4 even parts. Roll each into a ball and form into a bagel shape (slightly flatten and form a hole in the center)

  4. Place bagels onto a lightly greased baking sheet (I used avocado oil)

  5. Optional — whisk together 1 egg in a small bowl and brush egg wash onto the tops of bagels

  6. Bake for 15 mins or until slightly brown on tops

  7. Let cool completely (I like letting them sit in the fridge overnight before eating, I feel like it helps them "set"). Slice, toast, add toppings of choice, and enjoy!
