Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F
Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper and then add the graham crackers in an even layer and set it aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the dairy-free butter, then add the pecans, brown sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring consistently. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
Pour the filling over the graham crackers and spread it evenly.
Bake for 10 minutes and then allow it to cool completely before enjoying!
