Nut Bar
  1. Chop the nuts to your desired size. I put them in my blender and Pulsed a couple of times or you can use a knife to cut them in half.

  2. Add all of the nuts, seeds, and the coconut flakes to a large mixing bowl and stir.

  3. Melt the coconut oil and honey together and mix into nuts/seed mix. Mix well to make sure the honey is thoroughly mixed in.

  4. Line an 8×4 baking dish. Use your hands or a spoon to put the mixture of nuts into the baking dish. Use the back of a spoon to push it down (or use your hands) and make sure it is evenly spread out. It can get pretty sticky.

  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

  6. Let cool. Then cut into bars. Store them in the fridge with baking paper between each layer so they don’t stick to each other.
