Heat the vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Place the tortilla and cook both sides.
Place (1) on the cutting board (egg side up) and make a cut in the center.
Place avocado slices on bottom right, the ham on the top right, the lettuce on the top left, and the cheese & tomato on the bottom left. Fold in the tortilla eggs (counterclockwise).
