Boil Lasagna and separate so they don't stick and spray with oil to make them easy to work with
Cut Lasagna noodles in half
Add a thin layer of your filling
Cut Mozzarella Sticks in half and roll inside the Lasagna as tight as you can
Place in the Freezer for 1 hour
Dredge in Flour, then egg, then Panko
Fry at 350 degrees for about 6-8 minutes or until 160-170 degrees F inside the Mozzarella Stick
Top with Parmesan Cheese and Chives and dip with Ranch or Marinara
