Banana Oat Clusters
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

  3. Add rolled oats, honey, chopped nuts, dried fruits, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

  4. Scoop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet to create clusters.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Allow to cool before serving and enjoy!
