Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut a pocket into the side of each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab mixture.
Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the filling is hot.
