Crab And Shrimp Stuffed Salmon
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment.

  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper.

  3. Combine crab, shrimp, breadcrumbs, melted butter, shallot, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place salmon skin-side down. Spoon stuffing over each fillet, pressing lightly.

  5. Cook 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes. Broil 1–2 minutes for a golden crust.

  6. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Add rice, potatoes, or vegetables.
