Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine beef, rice, soups, broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes until rice is tender.
Uncover, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
Optionally, stir in sour cream before serving for extra creaminess.
