Wash and drain rice then add ½ us cup of water
Add turmeric, ¼ tsp dark soy sauce, and 1 tsp soy sauce. Stir
Add shrimp and carrots and peas on top of the rice
After about 15 minutes drizzle 1 beaten egg on top
Once the rice is done, add green onions, add sesame oil, mix everything together and adjust the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper
