Grilled Peach & Burrata Baguette
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Drizzle both cut sides generously with olive oil.

  3. Bake for 6 minutes until lightly golden and crisp.

  4. Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and grill the peach slices for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly caramelized.

  5. Spread the burrata evenly over the toasted bread.

  6. Arrange the grilled peach slices on top.

  7. Drizzle generously with hot honey.

  8. Finish with the chopped pistachios and fresh basil.

  9. Slice and serve immediately.
