Strawberry Loaf

1 ½ cups wheat flour

1 ½ tbsp baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup neutral oil

¾ cup sugar

2 eggs

¼ cup whole milk

1 ½ teaspoons vanilla

1 cup fresh strawberries

2 tbsp flour (to cover strawberries)

½ to 1 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp crushed strawberries

1 teaspoon milk

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a pan.
Cover the strawberries with flour and reserve.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
Stir in the milk.
Add the dry ingredients and mix gently.
Stir in the strawberries.
Pour into the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Mix crushed strawberries, powdered sugar, and milk to make the frosting.
Let cool and add the strawberry frosting.
