Take a naan and microwave on high for 20 seconds then place on a board and use a rolling pin to flatten slightly
Turn the naan so the long side is facing you and top the wider end with shredded Iceberg Lettuce. Add a quarter of the pakoras and scatter with your red onion. Drizzle over the raita dip, roll up to enclose and secure in place with a wooden skewer, if you like. Repeat with the remaining naans to make 4 wraps.
