4 Ingredient Fudge Striped Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) and mix until dough forms. I would use a hand or stand mixer for this dough.

  3. Roll out dough between two sheets of parchment paper so it does not stick to rolling pin (I also froze mine for about 10 minutes before doing this to help make it less sticky)

  4. Once dough is flat use a circle cookie cutter or a cup to cut circles into the dough. I made 12 cookies.

  5. Use a straw to create circles in the middle.

  6. Bake for 11 minutes. Do not over bake. They will still look light when done.

  7. While cookies are cooling melt chocolate (you can add 1 tsp coconut oil if it is too thick).

  8. Dip each the bottom of each cookie and return to cookie sheet. Drizzle with chocolate and freeze to set.
