Easy Homemade French Fries
  1. Rinse the cut potatoes and dry thoroughly

  2. Place in a heavy bottomed pan and cover with cold oil

  3. Turn the flame on high and bring to a rolling boil

  4. Cook for the first 10 minutes, don't move the fries much

  5. Then stir them a little bit so that they aren't sticking together

  6. The whole process takes about 25 minutes until deep, golden brown and crispy

  7. Season aggressively with salt
