Keto Cauliflower Au Gratin
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Spread the butter on the bottom of a medium-sized casserole dish. Set aside.

  2. Combine the garlic, parsley, cheese, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Place ⅓ of the cauliflower in the bottom of the prepared dish. Top with ⅓ of the cheese mixture. Repeat 2 more times.

  4. Drizzle the broth over the cauliflower.

  5. Bake covered with foil for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes. The cauliflower should be tender and the cheese should be browned.

  6. Let cool for 10 minutes. Drain any remaining broth or serve with a slotted spoon.
