Gluten Free Biscuits And Gravy
  1. Brown sausage in a skillet.

  2. Once browned, stir in gluten free flour and continue to cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

  3. Pour in milk fairly quickly while stirring and continue to stir until thick and gravy-like.

  4. Season with seasoned salt, salt, and pepper to taste. We used between ¼ tsp and ½ tsp pepper, plus seasoned salt.

  5. Split biscuits in half and serve with a large scoop of the sausage gravy.
