In a large mason jar, add the 8 oz vodka or gin and the 2 oz California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Shake well and let sit on the counter for two hours before moving to the freezer overnight.
The next day, use a spoon to remove the solidified olive oil from the mason jar and strain the rest through a fine mesh strainer lined with a coffee filter. Keep the strained spirit in your freezer until ready to use.
When ready to make your martini, fill a cocktail shaker with ice and the dirty martini ingredients. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with the rosemary sprig with the olives pierced on the end and finish with drops of California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
