Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, ½ tsp paprika, turmeric, oregano, thyme, and cayenne.
Place chicken in baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
Pour spice mix over chicken and rub to coat well.
Arrange chicken skin side up and sprinkle with remaining paprika.
Roast for 40–45 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Add butter halfway through for crispier skin (optional).
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
