Over low heat add 1 cup milk or water and ⅓ cup of dry mix.
Whisk until your mixture is smooth and thickened.
If Cream of Broccoli - add 0.5 cup of finely chopped broccoli.
If Cream of Cheddar - add 0.5 cup of cheddar cheese
If Cream of Chicken - add 0.5 cups of finely chopped chicken breast.
If Cream of Mushroom - add 0.5 cup finely chopped mushrooms.
If Cream of Celery - add 0.5 cups finely diced celery.
