Chicken Curry Noodles
  1. Season your chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1 tbsp curry powder and olive oil. Mix and airfry for 12-15mins

  2. While chicken is cooking whisk together 4 tbsp of curry powder with 300ml water until thick and glossy. Set aside

  3. In a pan add sesame oil and add pepper, the whites of spring onion & bean sprouts and sauté for 3-5mins.

  4. Cook your noodles according to packet instructions.

  5. Shred your cooked chicken.

  6. Add your cooked noodles to your veg, followed by shredded chicken, soy sauce & curry sauce.

  7. Stir to combine and add your greens of spring onion & drizzle over some McDonnells squeezy curry sauce & enjoy!
