Preheat oven at 400 F
Over medium heat melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant
Add wine and cook half way down
Season with salt and pepper and lemon zest
Turn heat on and add cream
Pour the sauce over your clean seafood and make sure it's well coated
Bake for about 12 minutes
Crush your crackers and mix with melted butter and Parmigiano Reggiano
Top seafood with the crackers mixture and broil at 450 F for a few minutes until golden
Serve with charred lemon
