Roasted Cherry Tomatoes With Burrata
  1. Wash the tomatoes and place them in an ovenproof dish lined with parchment paper.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

  3. Roast at 190C for 20 minutes until blistered and popping.

  4. Transfer the tomatoes to a bowl and add burrata, black pepper, and basil leaves.

  5. Serve with crusty bread.
