In a food processor or blender add parsley, garlic, onions, and jalapeños, and blend
With a paper towel squeeze out as much liquid as you can
Add blended ingredients to the ground beef with W Sauce and all the spices
Mix all flavors together and add the mixture to the inside of a pita
On a high heat pan sear the pita on all sides, optionally using chili oil for color
Cook about 2 minutes on all sides making sure the ground beef is cooked through
For the sauce, combine yogurt, za'atar, garlic clove, salt, lemon juice, and avocado oil
Add water to thin the sauce if desired
To plate, rub pita with melted butter, garlic, and parsley
Serve with sauce
