Chocolate Tofu Mousse
  1. Melt 180g of dark chocolate

  2. Combine melted dark chocolate, 600g silken tofu, 32g peanut butter, 80g maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt

  3. Whip the mixture until rich, decadent and perfectly whipped

  4. Pour into containers

  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours

  6. Serve chilled
