Smoked Bbq Saltine Crackers
  1. Place the melted butter in a container then add oil, seasonings and BBQ sauce. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.

  2. Place the crackers in a gallon ziplock bag then pour the mixture over top.

  3. Gently flip the bag a few times to make sure all of the crackers are coated.

  4. Let the bag sit flat for 5 minutes then flip and let it sit flat again. Repeat 2 times.

  5. Place the crackers on a wired rack with a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil underneath. You will likely need two different sheet pans and wire racks.

  6. Evenly spread out all of the crackers onto the wire racks laying them flat.

  7. Place them on the smoker at 200F for 1 hour.

  8. Once the mixture has adhered to the crackers remove them and let them cool down.

  9. Serve in a dish and enjoy!
