Cook the ground beef with the salt and garlic powder in a skillet over medium heat until browned and no longer pink. Drain and set aside.
Combine the cottage cheese, pepper jack, shredded cheddar blend, taco seasoning, and water in a blender.
Blend on high for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend again until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a medium-sized bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments until creamy and smooth, stirring in between. It took about 3 minutes total for me.
Add in the cooked ground beef and diced green chiles and stir. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or veggies and enjoy!
