In a bowl, mash the boiled and peeled potatoes.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Take a small portion of the potato mixture and shape it into a ball.
Roll the potato ball in bread crumbs until well coated.
Heat oil in a pan for frying.
Fry the coated potato balls until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot and enjoy!
