Crispy Potato Balls
  1. In a bowl, mash the boiled and peeled potatoes.

  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.

  3. Take a small portion of the potato mixture and shape it into a ball.

  4. Roll the potato ball in bread crumbs until well coated.

  5. Heat oil in a pan for frying.

  6. Fry the coated potato balls until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.

  7. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
