Marinate your shrimp as you prep your aromatics.
To a wok with some oil, add in your shrimp and cook just for a few minutes until they are pink. Remove your shrimp and add in your eggs.
Once cooked, push to the side and add in your onion, whites of the green onions & garlic. Cook for about a minute then add in your frozen veggies and mix everything in with the eggs.
Break up your rice as you add it in the pan then add soy sauce, oyster sauce and white pepper.
Finish by adding back in your shrimp and sesame oil.
Garnish with green onion razzle dazzle and enjoy!
