Honey Lime Grilled Corn
  1. Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat (alternatively, heat a grill pan over medium-high heat); clean and oil grates and preheat 5 minutes.

  2. Grill corn, rotating frequently, until starting to char on all sides, 18 to 20 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk butter, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, honey, oregano, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Transfer corn to a 13"-by-9" baking dish.

  5. Spread 1 tablespoon honey-lime butter onto each ear of corn.

  6. Cover with foil and let sit 5 minutes.

  7. Serve with remaining butter alongside.
