Peel potatoes, if desired.

Place the potato slices in a bowl and sprinkle the seasoning salt over them. Toss the potatoes to evenly distribute the seasoning.
Transfer the potatoes to an air fryer and cook at 400° for about 15 minutes, tossing them every 5 minutes.
