Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place a large sauce pan on the stove, low heat. Add the sesame seeds and stir for 3- 4 minutes.
Add the walnuts and the pumpkin seeds, stir for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the maple syrup and mix well. Stir for 5 more minutes.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, scoop the mixture onto the lined baking tray.
Spray the back of a large spoon or the bottom of a measuring cup with cooking spray.
Press the mixture with the back of the spoon or the bottom of the measuring cup until the mixture is all spread out.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until it turn slightly brown.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Cut into bars and then let it cool completely for another hour and enjoy!
